MAYOR JOHN SUND FROM ANONYMOUS


we have a mayor in this town who has no idea what going on in Sparta until the city administrator tells him about it. then he can't even make a decision because he likes to play both side of the fence.example, the ethanol plant .it tells me he wants another title under his belt.
