CITY COUNCIL AND KEN WITT FROM ANONYMOUS


What I don't understand is why doesn't anyone run for city council this year? doesn't anyone care or have they given up?Personally, I am not in a ward to elect this year.We need some people on the city council to make a difference in this town. Get rid of city administrator Ken Witt, Chief Kass and move Everybody who works for the city back in town.

    we have a mayor in this town who has no idea what going on in Sparta until the city administrator tells him about it. then he can't even make a decision because he likes to play both side of the fence.example, the ethanol plant . it tells me he wants another title under his belt.
